The goal of a believer in Christ is to become more and more like Jesus. The process of growing in Christ is what we call "discipleship". Here at Agape, we have 3 types of program that will help you in your growth. Below are the lists of what's available and what's coming up. Sign up for a program today!

This is a longer term journey that you can take with a group. It requires a higher level of commitment to participate and do the coursework required. It's format resembles a book club where facilitator and participants go through the materials together, discuss the questions and grow together. This is a safe space to ask questions, to laugh and cry, and most importantly to learn to cover each other with love and in prayer. This is a faith journey.

[Scriptural. Relational]

Based on Henry Blackaby’s book, this course teaches us how to develop a true relationship with God.

Duration: 6 months

[Reflective. Interactive]

Based on the book "The Emotionally Healthy Woman" by Geri Scazzero, this journey narrows down 8 things that women need to quit in order to live an authentic spirituality and move towards genuine freedom in Christ.

Duration: 4 months

If you are interested to be part of this journey with a group of like-minded, do fill in the form below to indicate your interest when a group opens up.

These are short-term classes that are aimed to build your foundational knowledge about the Word, God and His Church. These classes are both theological and devotional that you can both learn and apply in your walk with Christ.

Here to Serve [6 sessions]

[Ministry. Reflective. Essential]

The call to servanthood is for every believer. Answering the call is the first step, but what's next? How do I elevate my commitment to serve? How do I continue to grow in the Lord? What if I am on the verge of burnout? What if I feel pressured to perform?

Come and catch a revelation on the potential red flags in serving, how our serve day can be the best day and how our serving can echo through eternity.

This class is fundamental for all who are serving and interested to serve.

This is a continuous and twice-a-month look into the Scriptures chapter by chapter.

It is for believers who already have foundational knowledge of the Bible and want to have a more grounded understanding of the Scripture in context.

  • Classes are every 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 8.30PM

  • There will be time for Q&A.

  • There will be no materials or handouts.

Teaching Tuesdays helped to explain some parts of the Scripture that are otherwise dfficult to understand.

Teaching Tuesdays helped me understand verses in their respective context, considering the era and culture in which they were written. Thus, it fulfills they whys of doing what is needed as a Christian, rather than blindly following because Bible say so.

Designed for Discipleship has helped me understand that the Holy Spirit is present within us as a believer. Knowing about meditating on God's Word daily and the authority of God's word helped strengthened my faith in Christ. Other topics such as being obedient to Christ, integrity living and responsible stewardship helped changed some of my perspectives too.
